Really? Wow, seems kind of wishy washy.
I mean even if the reason behind it is to get you to play both of the tier 2 SL tier 3's it really doesnt work because you could just go buy them instead.
Just interested me when I found that.

This what I think, since both are "T2" based lairs.
The snarbolax can only craft 1 set
Vanaduke can craft 2 full sets.
Twins and IQ can craft 1 set and a half.
Or, another argument:
If all of Heavenly Iron was made with gremlonium, Ice queen wouldn't have anything to craft besides it's set, while the twins would have 2 options. It wouldn't be "fair" since again, they are supposed to be equally hard. Ya, OOO could have created 2 unique sets for each lair but they were lazy.
One piece uses Gremlonium and the other Celestial Ore, just like it says.
