They do listen, we just don't realise. People often complain about them not listening, but we don't know the circumstances behind the curtains (*cough* sega *cough*).

But the real point of this thread was to say thank you. I was refunded 3411CE after accidentally purchasing a shield from the supply depot and it was completely my fault; I didn't read the tooltip before buying the shield (thought it would be unbound). But they still refunded, and were polite about it, advising me to be more careful next time.

So, my trust in OOO has been revived for the moment, and I would like to say thank you. :')
