Having delved in spiral spy, i have seen this purposely in the game files. This object is associated with errors or issues in objects. This is a coded reaction where, should something be unable to completely process, it utilizes this as a placeholder. It, in itself, is not a bug. It does show an issue with your game copy or system, however. It could have to do with processor lag, corrupt model files, missing or corrupt textures, fragmented object code, or otherwise failure to make A (OOO's server-transmitted information)=B (Your core files). Being as you had system lag and the lighting appears off, it is highly possible this was an internal server error or processor issues. If your connection was faltering at the time, or you are using an outdated copy of your hardware; that is what can be attributed to this. Simply put: Before establishing any further threads on this, let it be stated that this is not the work of a bug, it is in fact the rough equivalent of the warning message microsoft gives you when you try to open a locked file, or one iOS gives when you attempt to open an .exe. It exists with he sole purpose of communicating an issue with the "A=B" system, or for saying "you can't do this". So for you and anyone reading, should this occur again, it is recommendable you check your modem; ensure you are not having your system process too much; and if all is well there, re-download to repair any defunct textures, models, or code.
