While I was playing on steam, I was using the following:
-Dorg.lwjgl.opengl.Window.undecorated=true // Bordlerless windowed mode
-Xnoclassgc // Functionally faster loading times for areas you've already been to
-Xmx512M // Increase RAM availability
Now, while not playing on Steam on a different PC, I want to get those same effects, but I have no idea how to go about doing it.
When I go to what I thought was the install directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin) I don't see anything similar to what was on the PC with steam. Can anyone help me out?
Make sure you're using the downloaded version, and not the browser one
then search for "getdown-pro.jar" for wherever it put the sk folder
by the way, -Xmx512M seems to be default now, so you don't need it (unless you want to try more memory)
