Hello! I invented this new strategy that I think could counter clones pretty well. strike bombing.

WTH?

Yes. Bombing as a striker. The whole point of a bomber is to get in and get out quick right? So striker should be a go-to for bombers.

Nope.

With the CTI VH your bombs will be SSSSOOOOOOOO SLLLOOOOOWWWW.

But I found a way to counter that.

Every bomb comes with a free CTR med, so that lowers the increase down to medium. And on my haze I got a CTR low, and that lowers it to low. With a mad bomb helm, the increase becomes a decrease to medium, and with Merc demo, there's movement speed and I think CTR med, so that's CTR VH already. With a bomb focus, that becomes a CTR ultra. And then you got your standard penta, so now you are a extremely fast bomber With extremely fast bombs. Add a nitrome and a Polaris and the. You've got one epic bomber.

What do you guys think?

1) mercurial demo gives msi:low and dmg:low
2) to be a striker bomber you need ctr vh on all bombs and full chaos/mad bomber set
3) with no RSS, being a striker bomber i not a very successful tactic

Ok Ty for the advice. I think that it will be a great way to counter clones. It's just a concept atm, because I do not have the money to upgrade my heavy demo or get bomb focus trinkets.

I don't mean to be rude but...

It has been done before. I have tried as well with a chaos set and ctr high VT. the problem was that you were still slow when you were charging the bombs. The only use I found was to have a certain safety zone you could strike in and out when using swords. It worked nicely sometimes and terrible the other times.
I think meida has tried it as well and I'm sure others have to. However if you should continue to explore the concept please keep me updated. I will unfortunately not be able to do research on this as my computer just died and all I have left is my ipod.

ask ezho. he's a hybrid striker that uses chaos, and uses swords, guns and bombs.

I've seen ONE person do the strikerbombing successfully, but I don't think its nearly as good for stalling. it's for a different purpose, I think it's more of a capping + killing, instead of stalling + capping + support.

the only person that did it succesfully is the greatest bomber in the game.. lol..

Might possibly spend most of the game trying very hard to chase other strikers down with great difficulty because they won't stick around waiting for your bomb to go off. I agree that it's probably mostly good for caps, not an easy way to kill.

Actually this is a very good

Actually this is a very good technique if used right. (Mostly used for capturing bases) One of my guild members (Gzilla) has used this technique (actually I learned this technique from him ) before with mad bomber setting helps to keep strikers out of the base and escape easily for health if needed.
