If OOO is smart, they have to do it in late august/september simply because there are no major (and internationally recognized) dates to celebrate.
I'd rather have events separated from one another so there's always something to do. It'd be silly to put them in say December, next to winterferst.
This is just an opinion, or rather a suggestion to nick.

I hope it never comes back, it was terible and just ruined the game by making it grind fracking tastic.
Pretty much no one knows when, but at this rate I'd guess it's going to be an annual event.
