Tier 2 has a worse Lockdown community than Tier 3?

probably not.
But, I don't think it does. T2 has the interesting mix of new players and T3 vets, which for the most part limits calling people "noobs" - because they actually are. It's much harder to insult someone who is very clearly inexperienced.
And most of the T2 regulars are nice. Occasional not-so-nice people are usually people from T3 coming to T2 for the first time.
Depending on who you face, actually.
There are some... not so favourable people. Some are really nice though. And then you have the rest of the usual T3 people... Who play Tier 2 LD. They are T3 players who do T2, so what do they fall under?
Personally I don't think the community is that bad (I am a T2 LDer myself), but it gets... messy at times... yeah, stuff like that.

And if you are getting annoyed, deal with it, leave, most importantly, ragequit so people get extra money. Or extra rage, if they lose.
