Idk if anyone made this thread (i checked it with google and didnt found a thread) and i hope this its on the right forum section.
Lets start a thread where we can collect some of game music from any player from spiral knights! i mean. there must be a music from an old unknow game you remember when you played as kid, as well a music from a old know game you remember too!. i want to know how many of here played some NES games or / Snes Games or even other console system games and how many of those games have a catchy tunes. So lets start! the thing its:
Post with Old Unknow game and Old Know Game section. in each one post a game music that belong in that category, optional if you want add Why you liked it.
Old Unknow Game:
Jurassic Park (Nes) Level 1 (which its the same for Comic Bakery title theme): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e9tU1i-b6Bs
I remember when my big brother played this when Jurassic Park movie come out and then games and toy started to spread around the market. since i was too young for games one thing for sure i can remember from this game besides the first level its the music! short and catchy
Strife (a game made with the Doom Engine) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U1UNeetX6XU
i always liked Doom games and also its clones. i always have played other of it clones like: Heretic, Hexen but then i saw there was another clone i havent played before: Strife, which IMHO its a nice doom clone, even if it uses some of the HeXen Mechanic like solve puzzles, it made instead a bit simple and with a mission system, but then i reached the a part of the game where this song played and since that day i cant forget it Catchy Tune
Old Know Game:

Green Brinstar from S. Metroid. always loved this game for the fact that you can explore Zebes but the most thing i liked it how the music fit to make a nice atmosphere for each section, green brinstar was one of my favorite tunes from this game. and since years i played S.Metroid i still remember the tune.
How about you?
Personally I like the old VG music remixed, like Super Mario Land's Gritzy Desert, Meta Knight's Revenge from Kirby Super Star, the Pokémon title and battle theme, and Angel Island from Sonic the Hedgehog 3. As you can tell these are all in SSBB. But some other songs like in the Paper Mario series, Gourmet Race from Kirby Super Star, the music from Super Mario Sunshine, and the boss battle theme in Super Mario Bros 3, I like the non-remixed versions. It depends.
