Question on Spiral Spy and ToS

Not sure where else to put this... I could send like a support mail or something, but then again maybe I could get some responses from forumers anyway.

So okay, to put this straight I know Spiral Spy, the program that lets you views models in the files, is something that is already on the borderlines of breaking the ToS or something of that nature. That aside, I have my second point:

Would using Spiral Spy to create a scene, and uploading said scene as part of the Youtube channel art count as breaking the ToS? Should I include a disclaimer somewhere to acknowledge copyrights? And the last thing being, you can make videos featuring things in spiral spy as long as they don't feature spoilers or the sort, correct?

Just some questions...

Lots of people are already using spiral spy just for that pretty much since it got released.

Do a "spiralspy comic" google image search.

i think its fine as long you dont show unreleased content like Battle Sprites or those "things" that arent in game. so if you avoid those stuff i think you will be fine
