I am in fact not buying or selling anything in this thread. I am looking for prices for these games, as i am thinking of buying them with CE in the future:

Er, Usually Steam Games go at a certain exchange rate at ce per $
Most players buy games at 550ce - 600ce per Dollar. 550/$ - 600ce/$
Most players sell games at 600ce - 650ce per Dollar. 600ce/$ - 650ce/$
Then 20$/50$ steam cash codes tend to have higher rates of 650ce/$ - 750ce/$
So, simply take the cost of each game your interested in buying or selling and decide the Ce Per Dollar (ce/$) your willing to accept.
Also, Sellers tend to go toward trades either in their favor or in the upper end of the exchange rate. Unless you're good friends with a steam game seller, finding a lower end exchange rate will take time.
