Well, I finished with Gwenyvier's face. Kinda looks like a profile picture, maybe.
I think I'll see what I can do with knights in pixel art next, then.
Finished! I didn't include the parrying blade or wings, though, since they didn't turn out well in pixels.
If there's anything that doesn't seem right, like if I got the personal color a bit off, it won't be hard to change that if you'd like.

Your low-res pixel art tends to be much better.
Second of all, just to clarify, you meant the face on the white background is ugly? The pixels on that are so small on that one, I don't change them one by one, so I'm not sure if it qualifies as pixel art anymore.
Wow mine looks great! (Even without the Wings or Parrying Blade) Great Job! :) Although in my opinion, It could be slightly enlarged. Great try overall :)
Looks fine to me, I would recommend using smaller brushes to get more defined shading though.

In the meantime, which style should I use? And would you like me to adjust colors a little bit and have your Chromalisk on your shoulder to try to add to the theme you've got going, or keep it more accurate?

Well, Nai looks cool, and he got me distracted enough to draw him next. Plus, 20 ce!
Anyway, here's the pixel art version. Glasses, with the size of these pixels, would have to be about the same thickness as his eyes. So that wouldn't do.

The picture looks great so far! For the background, i'd like something like the graveyard levels, with a couple of graves, skulls and bones (from those zombie/skeleton monster) lying around, if possible.

Here's a bit more. Added a bit to the background to better show where it is, and got one plate of armor most of the way done as an example.
Got some more of the armor done, here, enough to take the doodle out of the preview.
Editing: considering a new category, Prismatic. Not sure how well it will work with knights. It'll probably work better with close-ups of knight's faces, rather than whole knights.
Almost done, just need to add gloves, wings, and two more armor plates to the front.
Or, I could leave the plates as they are, making it look more like a flak jacket. Any opinion?

He does have a point: Flak Jackets are either proto armor or prize box reskins, while Snarbolax Coats are only for those who have completed a shadow lair.

@Vinnydime: My thought was to leave the barbs on the back out, because they wouldn't really work very well with the wings. Which, by the way, are done!
@Skye-Lightning: You posted your request before the store closed, so I'll still draw it! Yay! I don't know if I'll be able to get the Bristling Buckler, though, but I'll try. I think shields need to be at least close to parallel with the screen to look right.

Style: I want Prismatic BUT I don't know what does it mean and I'm not sure O_0. Can you give another "example" of Prismatic (a random knight if it's possible)? I will choose Pixel if I don't like Prismatic... and I would like to send you some (100) CE after you finish. I want to keep my "position" (AFTER the knights who requested before me, I saw what happened when Nai-Chan offered CE).

It probably took me at least an hour to post that I was closing for now, I can totally understand if I posted that while you were still getting your post ready. I'll put your request up next after Skye-Lightning, since it WOULD be nice to have a second example of what that category is.
What I'm doing for prismatic, by the way, is to make lots of single colored 3-6 sided shapes that don't overlap, making the end result look kinda like a prism. They had an example a while ago at starbucks, but of course I can't find that. I'll draw the picture in prismatic, then again as pixel art if you don't like prismatic.
And, now that I think about it, everything I've done so far besides the regular pictures has been fast enough that I'll be able to work on them and the story at the same time. So, guess the thread's reopened after a mere 74 minutes, except for the regular catagory. Yay!

I've got your knight done, though I can still easily swap out shades of blue for the personal color and bomb.
For the background, I don't think an explosion will be able to cover all of it without losing the feeling that it's an explosion; how about an explosion to the right, and some GWW scenery on the left?
Done! Couldn't really find any scenery from GWW that would look normal from that point of view, so it's simple green. I think the explosion turned out rather well, though.
Done! Modified the armor a bit to make it more like a robe, like what you'd expect to find in haunted libraries.
Edit: Changed the Prismatic category to be Prisms instead, because everyone already associates Prismatic with personal colors.
Unless I'm mistaken, these forums only allow you to log in using the name of one of your knights. So, even if this were an alt and I was Ypselbissop ingame, this would still be my alt and not some random guy's alt, and I'd probably expect any mail to turn up on this account anyway.
