since the 1v1 tournament went with only few issues allong the way, i decided to make another tournament for 2 vs 2 to make it interesting (also Dragon-Karyu is getting a grand prize of 100k for winning the tournament next time i see him)!
The rules are simple, again exactly like the 1v1 tournament since it went so smoothly:
1) if your team wins 3 times against the other team, they win, as soon as u lose, your out for good.
2) Anyone can use ANY equiptment they like in the stage and their space is limitless.
3) no healing is allowed unless it is an accident, if it is then that match will be restarted.
4) Must sign up for the tournament BEFORE OR DURING 7/20/2013.
5) To enter you AND your partner must pay a fee of 10k altogether. So you can split the money into 5k or however you like it.
6) The grand prize matters of how much people sign up, if 10 teams sign up then the grand prize will be 100k.
7) if your worried you cant make it don't worry, i will try to find a specific time in which the 4 contestants can battle and be online. If one of the teammates is missing you have 3 days to make it on the correct time. If you or your partner do not log on the specific times that we will plan, you will be out of the competition.

This would be unfair because it means players can't us the guardian shield I suggest you allow healing but only for guardian shields not actually running back to your base ad healing.
Guardian should be an exception, however... You can only use it for defending yourself. If you use it, go around and do nothing, but heal, I guess that it would be unfair.
Guardian healing should be allowed regardless. It is a teamwork-based class, after all.
Yes, now that it is 2v2, then I am hoping that guardians will be prominent in the teams. As such, guardian healing is allowed, but healing pads are not.

I forgot all about guardian's healing powers! A guardian is allowed to heal his team and himself, sorry for that. But any other healing is not allowed. Thank you for telling me this.

Please stop trying to sign up on forums, you need to contact me, Danielflame, or Pnusy. Also i'm not going to write your name down until you and your partner pays the TEAM FEE of 10k. Once you pay the team fee, tell me your partner and your set.
Under the comment box, find "More information about formatting options". In other words, here is what you need to do:
< strong > = Strong text.
< em > = Slanted text
(No spaces - You don't need to put < em > for every word. However, if you make a new paragraph with one space, then put < em >. Same thing for < strong >)
In this case, you would put strong text for the rules, and slanted text for the extra notes.

I can not post who signed up until the end for 2 reasons.
1) I want it to be YOUR decision if you join or not. For example, if i do post them, some people might be scared of the competition and not enter.
2) I don't want to post whoever signed up every single time someone signs up, i know a couple teams that still have not payed, so their not on the list at all. This ensures that everyone pays. Fieryzeus was so far the only 1 in the 1v1 tournament that STILL dint pay his fee for entering.

Yes night-rove, you can use the whole field to your advantage, but only your weapons must make contact with the other player. Also be careful of the people watching the fight. Its fine if you hit them, but try not to kill them.
If it is a map where it has a status, like shock, fire, ice, then i will limit you to movements around that place but not allowed to cross it, or in fire's case, water it down so you have the whole field free.

Here's the update!
The tournament rounds shall last for 3 days each. Tournament rounds will be separated 3 days apart from each other to serve as a chance for those teams who did not make the appointed deadlines.
First round:
7/21/2013 - 7/24/2013 from 4:00PM EST - 7:00PM EST
*It was extended a day more due to complications
Second round:
7/27/2013 - 7/29/2013 from 4:00PM EST - 7:00PM EST
Third round:
8/2/2013 - 8/4/2013 from 4:00PM EST - 7:00PM EST
As you know, I'm not great in math(lazy) so I will not think over it to see if there's more than 3 rounds. Pretty much that's the pattern though.
*Participants who do not make it within the given amount of time will be given a specific date and time to make up for it. If they miss that date... well they're disqualified by forfeit =D
By request, Deathlyrobot cannot attend given tournament dates and can only play during weekends, we'll try to schedule his matches during weekends if opponents agree to the change
Greetings! I was wondering what your policy on US vs Eu battles are. I know that Seranah and I will prefer the Eu servers but I understand many others might prefer the US servers instead. It doesn't seem like you've really set any rules up for this.
