Loaded with CE? Bored of doing runs? Questioning the meaning of Life in SK? Im soooooooo guilty

Here's the ideal solution!

Use your CE to entertain yourself :D

Organise mini hide-and-seeks, quizzes and other-crazy-and-creative-stuff!
Winners gets CE prizes :P

It is extremely entertaining to see players run around looking for you under some obscure location or see the town center suddenly looking more populated than the arcade (because of the town center actually being populated, some even asked if PVP was open LOL)

At the same time, you are helping newbies by making them "work" for their CE

Try it XD

When someone won't stop

When someone won't stop begging for energy, offer to give them 10 CE and 500 crowns if they follow you for the next dungeon run.

...Give them the goods, then invite them to Tier 3, Depth 19.

Laugh maniacally while feeling good about punishing a beggar.

People didn't agree, but i'm still convinced that this would help expand the game a bit

I need someone filthy rich to

I need someone filthy rich to gear me up in 5* armor :3
At the very least, Vog Coat + Grey Owlite... so I can look pretty, and not be kicked from Vanaduke parties because my gear isn't shiny enough.

=) ?

@Jaouad: That's a bad idea

@Jaouad:
That's a bad idea and you should feel bad for not letting it rest.

I told a newbie I'll give him 10 CE to find the Auction House.

Is that entertaining enough? :3

@Tivv Yeah.. noo It's

@Tivv

Yeah.. noo

It's actually a pretty good idea. I know that grinding plays a small part in the game, but this would just make the game feel a bit more.. right.

Look just because you call it

Look just because you call it a pretty good idea that doesn't make it one. And unless you are in the group affected by your propposed change, your oppinion is rather irrelevant.
It would help your point a lot if you told us how you bought all 5* gear with decent UVs and are bored of the game now.

You just can't make the point that a grind will make the game less stale for these people without first hand experience.

And you can't make the point that a grind will make the game less stale for people who would have reached max level by now if such a thing existed. (read: me; it's not actually stale yet, just little content and inability to sell items with ease are bad things)

hehehe yeah i wasn't really

hehehe yeah i wasn't really serious there, but i'm glad u laughed just like i did :P

I still like the idea tbh. I was thinking about something that would force the player to go through tier 1 first etc. Getting 5 star equipments immadiatly just feels like cheating with money. The game is at it's best when you have to struggle a little bit. THat's what makes it most exciting for me personally, but that's also why I don't spend to much money.

I might spend some in the future though. I like collecting equipments for the appearances.

Well it's not cheating with

Well it's not cheating with money though. That's a way one can feel about it, or not.

So as it is, everyone can decide for oneself if one wants to buy 2*/4*/high UV items to unlock harder tiers or to have a slight advantage, or to just use CE for more runs, or simply for costume gear.

Increasing the "content" by forcing people into subjectively unattractive gameplay is rather undesirable though. Chances are many paying customers have limited time to play anyway. (hence not mastering T3 anytime soon) Besides that there are many times when different individuals could be inclined to spend money to progress and that's part of OOO's business.

Hmm

I was thinking about something that would force the player to go through tier 1 first

Unless you actually clear tier 1, you can't go pass tier 2 without an invite. Same goes to tier 3, isn't that the case?

And no I don't want to play another grinding game, it has bored me and that's the reason I left MMORPG and joined MMOFPS. but I'm here because this game isn't >30% grind fest, where you need keep killing mobs just to level up and then wear omgwtfimbashit equip. Neither do you need to be fully equipped with omgwtfimbashit armor and weapon just to win/clear the dungeon, it just makes thing easier, that's all.

why 30%? To be better in this game without paying but still have the same thing paying player has, you have to put in more time into playing, that's all. Other than the extra time, free players are the same as paying player. < Another reason why I would play this game :)

@jaouad, no pun intended but if you want a grinding game go play maple or something else that actually isn't grind-less/minimal.
