It would be nice to have some mechanism in place for getting rid of people who've disconnected or are AFK, since they stop you from being able to go any further down. Ideally, just some prompt that says "click the button/move or go poof", so it can't be used to get rid of people for other reasons.

I've had the party leader D/C
I've had the party leader D/C many times, and we all just have to sit around until they finally get kicked by the d/c timeout. It takes what seems like an incredibly long time and the party has no choice but to sit and wait or individually go solo.
