I have a 2* Flourish with CTR med - not bound - and I have the Swift Flourish recipe learned, so for an extra 10k (~3k cr + recipe cheaper than AH) I can upgrade it for you if you want.

I'm not sure about the price, but I've seen one in AH having bids on almost 80k and it still had 4-12 hours left, so let the starting bid be 80k. Make your bids here on the forums, please. Any bid sets the remaining time to 24 hours.
