hi.. my auto target is always on in the option.. but when i go mission, its not auto targeting.. i used awsd control is that applicable to this control settings? cause every time i move my mouse it doesn't stay in the same target

AT targets nearest enemy and within the range specified, not that it locks on, just helps you hit it when the game knows you are trying to hit it.
Left shift is by default a toggle button, just that holding it will toggle it on/off.

It does correct your attacks, if you're in a relatively close position. It is almost like locking really.
You won't do a 180° somersault and hit an enemy across the room while you look backwards...

If you have an attack that moves your knight emotionally or via a lunge, it can help quite a bit to make the knight stand still for that lunge if you press up against the enemy. Winmillion, and most other generally single target weapons that lunge the knight benefit from this, provided crowd control isn't used. If you have an attack that hits multiple targets via hitting in the middle of a group of enemies, it can be messy. You want to enable autotarget when you want to enable autotarget, so binding it to a key is advisable so that you can toggle between using it and not.
If the Spanish Mafia is present, it is NEVER a good idea to use Autotarget, as they will burn your house down. On the spot.

You have to be facing generally the same direction as your target for AT to activate. Basically, if you could zoom in to first person view and see it, you can and will hit it. Unless it moves.
Also, try not to become dependent on it, because it can hurt you in the later stages of the game. And you will get a lot of hate if you use it in Lockdown. And the Spanish Mafia Fehzor is talking about is Bestias.

auto target is for noobs. it gives you 360 range like a bomb except it goes through walls and 1 shots everything. also it has armor penetration for snarbolax and it extends through all of cradle. use your AT powers wisely cause 1 swing is more powerful than 38 spirit bombs and north korea combined.

although feller could be joking, I'm not. I'm terribly serious and a bit angry for this.
feller, this is an online game, and it has 2 parts, PvE and PvP. they are both good and should provide challenge and fun.
now, PvE is too easy, and will se what will the update bring (do not get this into the update discussion or I'll tear you apart). but everyone, repeat, everyone, starts and ends up there. except you didn't do FSC for your gear, or didn't do missions, or the clockworks. which, in this game, is the most important part, for cr earning, storyline and original concept respectivly. PvP in this game offers the challenge of a non-AI difficulty, which is actually screwed up by sword heart trinkets wolver clones, or better yet by the OP gear swordies in general have.
PvP, or better, LD, since you probably think BN sucks, but BN was not included either, was not included in the original (beta) game. so practically you are saying that everyone from the beginning of the game are noobs, because the only thing there was PvE. are you ready to catch up with this?

If PVE is for noobs, please go to UFSC and solo it in 1* frostbreaker, no shield, and with only a proto bomb for weapons. Make sure you get it on tape!

The frostbreaker armor must be level 1, have no UVs, and neither can the bomb.
ohh yeah why people always say its in left shift.. left shift is a modifier. left ctrl is auto target.. how can i work the auto targeting in awsd settings
