All the 4* bombs and guns recipes are 10kcr, you can't buy an electron vortex recipe, combuster & glacius are 25k, DA roughly 32-37k, maybe same with GF

Fiery atomizer will sell for 10kcr, but it will be REALLY hard to sell.
There's NO WAY to sell an electron vortex recipe, because it's bound to you. The only way to get it is using 150 krogmo coins to trade for it with sullivan.
