I have twice re-downloaded SK, and re-installed java once, however there is still no steam log on button for SK.
I have both steam and non steam installed however I don't think this should affect the game as I have had them both for years now.
Any help would be appreciated.
Same issue here, though in a different manner. Tried to run the game, got the Steam login thing, but the game didn't want to transfer me to the ready room. Since I have this issue often, I just closed out of the game and tried to go back in it. But when I got back in... it gave the normal login thing. If I try to use the Steam account number as the username, attempting to login closes the game and doesn't reboot it. I tried an uninstall and reinstall, didn't work either. Verifying the integrity of the game cache doesn't fix the issue either.
Edit: Rebooting Steam fixed the issue. :D
Same issue here. No steam login option and trying to use the steam:ID login name instantly crashes it. Using guest login also gets stuck on knight creation.
The steam overlay also apparently doesn't stick to the game. Only to the (seemingly invisible) launcher.
Still not there, even deleted all files in steamapps/common and reinstalled again, but to no avail. Why does it seem to be copying the install files from normal SK installed?
