You will get one much much much quicker. 150k is more than a fair price for you and the seller. There are plenty of merchants on here that have an excess of them in inventory and would be glad to sell you one--they just haven't responded yet because its not worth most of their (our) time to chase down deals on med UV'd gear when there is no offer being made.
TL;DR
put what you are willing to pay in the title and body of your post. If its the right price (should be 150k for the 3*) you will have one before the day is out.
