Forgot everything about this game... question about crafting

I want to upgrade my new Arc Razor to a Winmillion. If I equip my Arc Razor which makes it bound, will it still be eligible to be used for the upgrade?

Sorry for the stupid question, I forgot about this game and now forget almost everything about it. :P

yes it will be, but the crafted winmillion will be bound.

in fact, you have to bind it

In fact, you don't have a choice. You have to bind your Arc Razor, because you have to equip it, because you have to heat it to heat level 5, before you can upgrade it. See the wiki page "Crafting" to refresh your memory.
