As for me, I think 100 CE is worth half of my mist tank :3
100 ce = 1 FSC run
100 - 50 + FSC profit = 100 ce
FSC profit = 50 ce
Even though I have like no money right now, 100CE is worth like nothing because I know I can get virtually nothing with it without massive grinding. I don't have the stamina to do two straight full FSC runs, and Arcade doesn't give nearly as much payout.

According to notgreatpig, you could get infinite money by melting down pennies, selling the copper, and trading the cash you get for more pennies. This will, however, only work if you sell the copper back to the US government, because otherwise they will run out of pennies.
...you would also make the government bankrupt.
Melting the pennies is against the law though.......
