Maybe it would be better if there's a npc knight (or whatever) that stands near to the unbinding store and UVs store, and the npc guy will sell heats from +Lvl.1 heats to +Lvl.5 heats. For prices, I'll leave that to u guys or OOO.

Heat store would probably not be considered by devs anyways. They are focusing on getting people to party together, and a heat store would accomplish just the opposite: it would give people yet another reason not to do a mission or arcade run.
