i'm trying to purchase 45k Crystal Energy Package via Steam wallet.
As i click Purchase, it says that "you reached your Spending Limits, your card was not charged"
Card? what Card? if it means credit card, i don't have one... i Top-up Steam Wallet Via Steam code redeem...
i just started playing The Game few days ago... Spending limits? seriously? The first MMO i ever played that have SPENDING LIMIT!!!
and it's urgent i need those CE for Items... and The Seller of the items would only give me an hour to resolve this... or he/she would sell those items to someone else... (=.=)... well i did promise i would top-up and pay him/her today... (=x=)
i'm was so gonna dump 3k~5k cash into this game, but now....
have already mail the support team via steam website... if they can't somehow raise the limit of spending... within this 1-2hours...
Well... bye bye spiral knights... im gonna quit it...
i don't have much time like other gamers out there that they could spend whole day playing mmo...
I spent most of my time on my works. and i only have a few hours to play daily... which i prefer to use cash to buy in-game stuff...
time is priceless~
Sincerely:
Silverie

'Accounts start out with a spending limit of $100 for a 30 day period--not a calendar month, but the past 30 days. This limit will easily be enough for the vast majority of players, but some may wish to spend more for various reasons.
As you spend near this limit it will automatically go up to $200, $400 and $800 slowly over time.
Should you wish to raise your Spiral Knights account's spending limit ahead of schedule, you may contact us and we will review your account to see if this is possible. Be sure to list the name of your main knight to speed up the process. Please note that we are unable to raise the limit in some cases. In those cases, the spending limit will still rise normally over time while the account is in good standing.'
