I don't intend on being rude or anything; though Eye usables that are 40kcr - 50kcr are normally ones available at Vatel.
Sultry Eyes are Lockbox/Specific drops only.
In addition, they are part of the uncommon group of these lockbox drops. Averaging in the range of 100kcr - 200kcr.
This is based of my own personal buying/selling of Sultry Eyes and knowledge of similar transactions.
