Blah blah I'm Infernoburner Blah Blah Blah. Whatever, the title of the thread is self-explanatory.
Here's the link to the promo trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eglXlAZFsZY

0:03- The shield the Sallet Knight has is unobtainable. Also note the shield the Plate (Catfish) wears is more blueish than it's current version.
0:07- A very ugly looking heart instead of the precious ones we have now.
0:14- Strange Party Button, the Tailed Helm has a Freeze Calibur that she charges and releases shortly after
0:21- A sword drops in the Scarlet Fortress-like arena, udentified by me tough
0:24- Gold Trojan; A crown out of bounds in to the Northwest
0:25- Awesomesauce Vog Cubs in the Scarlet Arena, the current player wears Megalodon gear
0:28- Zombie Apocalypse on an unknown level, the player wears the old Valkyrie Set, Baby Greavers??
0:43- Strange, already pressed-gold button???
0:50- Spammable bombs in yet another deleted Scarlet Fortress level
1:00- Freeze Kats that are the size of the current Black Kats, also notice the fire pot is a shade darker
1:03- OOO implies their game contains no grinding, hwahah
1:15- Tortodrone
1:17- A player who's name can be seen for 1 half second, Bandersnatch, angers the Tortodrone
1:24- Old Spiral Knights logo, personally liked it better

From my little "analysis", it seems the Scarlet Fortress was first meant to be a Gauntlet-like world. That's probably why the Gauntlet uses Scarlet's tileset.

0:22 Sword and bomb drop at once from monsters.
0:28 is a home of Tortodrone. Baby greavers are old skin of silkwings. Also old caliburs had Sealed sword attack combo.
0:43 is an elevator. One of players have Purring Cap
0:46 one of knights have old proto gun skin.
0:54 turret in left, up cornour have (probably) diffrent skin. Knight in right, down cournor have deleted shield.
And about no grinding... it was beta ho ho (look at chat)

Also i don't know, why the hell normal, non-charge-must attack of bombs was deleted. Weak, fast attack? Lol, why not?

If you say that because you saw the holes on the side, I saw them too but I wasn't sure about it being a lift so I classified it as a button.
I totally agree on the bombs tough; if they remove that then remove Cutters and whatever the fastest gun line is.

I just wish bombs had a

I just wish bombs had a non-charge attack that would break blocks within melee reach. I really hate finding a big wall of dirt blocks soloing with bombs. Have to break them one at a time. Same goes for minerals. If I could just like, whack it with the bomb, that would be great, even if it did no damage to enemies. Or OOO could make the explosion go through blocks so I could take them all out at once, but I'm thinking there's a reason they didn't do that. Seems deliberate.

I'm pretty sure the Baby Greavers were pre-beta, so it rather is Alpha. I guess.
EDIT: It seems the bomb dropped is either an Irontech line bomb or a Deconstructor line bomb.
Also, paying attention to the chat seems to tell us that Caliburs were very common drops back then.
EDIT EDIT: Err no Mtax, that's just a t2 Puppy. Right?? RIGHT????
EDIT EDIT EDIT: It seems that a Fang of Vog, Blast Bomb, 2 Caliburs, the blueish sword, and probably even more have dropped. Man, those drop rates are poopid.

To answer all your questions and queries on this trailer (like I've done many times before on many different threads)

The shield held by the Sallet Knight at the start of the video is the Shining Ward. It was intended to be a side upgrade of the defender line but that place was taken by the Heater shield, and it's functionality as a shadow defence shield was replaced by both the Skelly Shield and the Crest of Almire so it was scrapped as a wieldable shield. You can still see it ingame though: see if you can find it.

The Frost Sword was available in the beta, later it was split into two swords: Frostburst Brandish and Cold Iron Carver (I think)

The dropped sword at 0:21 is a Calibur, the bomb is a Blast Bomb. (also says so in chat)

Mtax is correct about the golden platform at 0:43, that is how the elevators looked in the beta.

1:03- OOO implies their game contains no grinding, hwahah

It didn't, pre-tier 3. However tier 3 gear was reachable after only a couple hours of gameplay, and tier 3 runs had to be grinded over and over again just to get a material you wanted to upgrade a piece of gear so that you could run tier 3 again. Equipment balance was terrible, ridiculously moreso than it is today.

Hex, are you saying the Shining Ward is some sort of Darkfang #2?

@Inferno-Forum

I said it was no longer wieldable (it's not implemented as a piece of equipment, backed up by the fact that many icons for unimplemented equipment were updated during the second GUI patch, but not the Shining Ward)

The model for it still exists ingame though and if you keep your eyes peeled, you'll find it in many different locations.
