Applications CLOSED! - However, Promming!
Applications for the Spiral Knights Olympics are now closed. However, from my Little Trip to Doctor Who at the Proms a few weeks ago, they had this "Promming" System. Guilds are allowed to Apply now via Promming but must pay a 10,000 Crowns Entry Fee. Please mail me in-game a 10,000 crowns Fee if you are interested. Re-Schedule
Dear All,
Due to the Battle Sprites Update due this week, the Spiral Knights Guild Olympic Committee has decided to re-schedule the games so that they begin on Tuesday 6th August and end on Thursday 15th August. According to Game Masters, Spiral Knights will have a bit of Downtime for the Next Three Days leaving us unsure when the update will take place. Therefore we have decided this to be the best Approach. This means that the Opening Ceremony Rehearsal will take place on Monday 5th August as well as Friday 2nd August 2013. The Opening Ceremony will take place on Tuesday 6th August in The Jempire GuildHall.
Once Again I apologize for the inconvenience caused for you and your guild Members. If you have any queries please mail me in Game ASAP!

Dear Guild Master,
Thank You for registering your guild: Rogue, for the Spiral Knights Olympic Games 2013.
Your team has been guaranteed a place playing in the Olympics. However, here is what we will need next:
A Full list of members in the guild – To Avoid any cheating or Subbing (If you do not mail this and you are accused of Subbing During the Games your team will be automatically disqualified from that Specific Event).
2) Your Preferred Server – This is to ensure all guilds play to the best of their ability on a specific server and to avoid arguments
3) Four Guild Nominees – I will need the names of Four Guild members to take part in the Guild Parade at the Opening Ceremony of the Games. These members will have to be available at 6pm GMT on Mon 29th July 2013 and 7pm GMT on Tues 30th Jul 2013. The Opening Ceremony will take place in The Jempire GuildHall
Please also note that as Guild master you will be the Number One Contact for the Games and we will be contacting you throughout the Games.
Please MAIL all of this information back to me!

@Krakbob - Last Day for entries is on Sunday 28th July
@Boodo - I saw Fodow and Monestr in Parallax yesterday and I spoke to Fodow about Parallax filling in those entries so now I'm completely baffled. If Parallax have merged with Aeons then I'll speak to Zainj or Skybrandon about entering the supposedly merged guild
