Step 1) Have a costume helmet equipped with accessories that your equipped helmet can't have. (Like Front accessories on Skolver, for example)
Step 2) Join a team to do a mission and reach the elevator leading to Haven at the end. When not everyone is on it, stand on the lift and go solo.
Step 3) Look at the end-of-mission screen

If you use spiral spy/look in files there's actually a specific pose for holding bombs at that level end screen. Perhaps there were glitches with code or they never bothered implementing it.
