Why do YOU rage in Lockdown? I just wanna know what ticks you all off, as trivial as it may be.

I'm interested because I've been getting a lot of complaints simply because people are bad in T2 and can't catch / kill me. People accuse me of "spamming" Pulsar. I tell them to dodge or not fight me if they don't wanna deal. I've been accused of AA (which I use). I tell them it's a part of the game, why not take advantage [or in some cases, disadvantages] of it. I've been told that I'm lagging people. I tell them it's not my problem their internet is bad. It almost feels as though the majority gets angry because 1) they can't kill and/or 2) I'm not playing the game the way they want me to play (aka dying to them).

Keep in mind, I'm not even remotely decent at Lockdown; I'm an absolute noob. Personally, I've never once raged in LD, which can possibly be attributed to the fact that I've been a professional/competitive fighting game player for years and have experience against the lamest play styles you'll ever witness. I'm just interested as to why you rage and why you feel compelled to hurt other people's feelings over such a petty game like Lockdown.

The only thing that makes me rage is when I see myself making mistakes I shouldn't be making. If my whole team gets pulsar contained for two whole matches, I'll just find another match. :P

Eh, I try to not rage in LD but I frequently fail my better judgement (to everyone else's dismay). Usually it's more about wide, overarching problems like inherent mechanics and the sparseness of the current metagame than actually specific weapons.

My trigger is when the mechanics of weapons that were built all around PvE start to clash with the more recent (relatively recent) mechanics of PvP.

Ex.: Shieldcancelling the first swing of a flourish allows it to hit faster than any other weapon and can hitstun someone to death w/ out giving them a chance to run or even strike back.

or: Firing only 2 bullets from a pola can block a narrow passage in LD maps with a constant stream of exploding shock bullets w/out ever needing to reload.

or: Antiguas, cutters, new shard bombs & etc. are unable to get all the hits in that compensate for their low damage due to player invinicframes.

Also: Rage at what I find to be exceptionally blatant FOO strategies and the lack of balance between certain gear. My reasoning is that none of the gear in this game was ever intended to be competitively played against one another and some sets have been left absolutely useless in a competitive PvP setting. When has it ever a good sign when half your team are rocking the Skelly & Chroma lines?

I continue to rage because I feel that not raging is just accepting a broken system. It's a fun game, but man, does it have some problems.

I don't rage (it's a game, things aren't that srs bsnz) but you can't blame people for bad internet. Not everyone has 4 bars or the luxury to upgrade their hardware.

I seen you in lockdown. You killed me and I killed you. Your playstyle is Pretty common for me in Lockdown(Spamming Pulsar everywhere).

Well... I rage when...
-There's too many spammer. both hammer and pulsar.
-Took like 1 minute when fighting 1
-Can't land A SINGLE HIT when Fighting (Because of high ping...).
-Die to many times.

Striker's weakness = Gunslinger
Bomber's weakness = Gunslinger
Gunslinger = Grenade that doesn't exist in SK

Everytime i'm being recon, they moved a bit and my hit didn't hit em -.-

And it's like playing scissors, paper, gun and say F- rock!

Simple and stupid reason: I rage because I don't have fun.

Whether it's because I'm being subpar compared to normal, or someone is not making it fun for me.

I try so hard not to, and end up leaving to find another game or press esc>quit eventually.
