Two days ago a certain player proposed a deal of 1000 CE for a copy of Operation Crimson Hammer. I have wanted the DLC for a while now, and so did a guildie, so I offered to buy two for 2000 CE. Once we had discussed the deal a bit in steam chat, I invited him to trade. In the trade he exclaimed that the two DLCs weren't appearing in his inventory and that instead of just adding them in the trade he would gift them to me after the CE was transmitted.
I felt like this could be a bad trade, and possibly a scam, so I checked his profile to make sure he had some good rep (even though he seemed trustworthy and honest in chat). This checked out and but I also decided to take several screenshots of the agreement, the trade, and the proof of trade as precautions.
Despite my precautions, as soon as the CE was transferred he bailed, took himself of my friends list, changed his steam name, and blocked me. After this happened I of course reported him in game, reported him on steam, and filed a support ticket. Here are the screenshots:

Any help would be appreciated.
