I just thought of some thing EPIC a STUN striker!
STRIKERS are one of the fastest weps in SK and with a stun slowing monsters or opponents (in LD) down! as well with massive speed!
it would be the next big thing in SK!
PLEASE three rings make this happen!

So long it has small chances of minor stun, it's okay. We know Cutters are UP, but making them OP is something that shouldn't happen.

Yup that's what I meant by that a minor stun cause a strong stun would be UNSTOPPABLE

Relatively UP. Brandishes and FF/BTB are OP, that's about it.
Stun does anyway come from, as Thunder said, brute force or "wicked bite". I'd say it's from elegance, really. Cutters have swag, not elegance. Seriously though, WHB has a wicked bite if anything.

stun: how to deal
Stun can be caused form any of these really :Blunt force, Dazzling/eye play (elegance), forms of toxins, and pressure (like wind of "gravity collapsing" onto a single point)
stun is a staus related to the massive force you are hitting with (suda, callahan) or something called "wicked bite" that I don't understand fully.
besides, I would simply add this to the WHB, with this something for explanation.
