How in the world do you kill Greavers? No matter how hard I try, there is just no way to kill them without getting hit and dying. I'm very confused as to why OOO would do this :/

Protip: When you see greavers coming, swing a sword-preferably one with WIDE sweeps-and so long as it's not a shadow weapon, they will be interrupted. Use less combos, shield cancel more often, hope for the best or jump off the clockworks into the core.

or what i do is i bring a blitz/and pierce gun. (callahan wouldn't work well any autogun series) have it charged and run around gather as many as you can then get into a corner and release your charge. You're most likely to hit all of them. Same goes for wolvers.

I agree with the other posters. Probably a piercing sword is the easiest solution. Just use the first swing, and shield-cancel, and repeat.
Another tactic is to retreat into a hallway, so that the greavers have to approach you from a single direction. Then you can more reliably hit and interrupt all of them.
But really there are many ways to fight greavers. On YouTube you can find video of a solo bomber handling them with Nitronome. They can't hurt him because they can't get near him.

I really wish I could be as helpful as all these other guys.
Sry but I will not be too helfull here, I have no clue how to successfully defeat Greavers, I almost always get hit or killed which is annoying since I beat all the missions and thought I could handle all enemies. Just do what all these guys said^.

Valiance works great against Greavers as it interrupts them and helps you keep the distance. At least it works for me.

If you have a bomb, dropping one every about 1.5 seconds or so will keep them constantly surpressed. That means don't spam them at max CTR, put them a bit more apart than that.
