yeah but they are very few
yeah but they are very few and far between :P I've posted in the suggestions before about possible timed secrets, that only appear every so often, so they dont get as commonly know like the above, and in vanaduke, and other such places.
but I also wish for more levels, more bosses, more, more, more, more, so perhaps I'm just greedy :3

I.E- One of the Shock Brandish lines references back to the Future, and dont get me started on the Gunslinger lines

Easter eggs
Maybe a Easter egg behind a rotten/broken wall that can only be destroyed by bombs (not vaporizer) in a mission, and behind the wall, there will be 5 green box that gives crs, heats, or vials, and there will be a Easter egg that gives Easter Egg achievement

If OOO has the rights to use Dr. Who in SK, they could totally just have a TARDIS prop lying about in a random scenario room. Or they could have The Doctor being eaten by gremlins.
