I don't know what it's called or what its stats are, but basically it looks like a volcanic version of the Barbarous Thorn Shield. Same general design, but volcanic instead of shadow.
Can anyone provide the stats of one of the new shields coming with the update?
Is that it? Damn, I thought it would have a sword bonus on it like the Barbarous Thorn Shield. Oh well.
Thanks.
Could you clarify which shield a bit? Dragon Scale Shield has been out for some time now and is certainly not "coming [out] with the update" in any sense.

I should know, it was my second 5* shield. Got it purely because of the fire effect. Ah, the memories.
Dragon scale shield is certainly an interesting specimen. It's too bad there aren't any other shields that offer dual special-damage protection.
Dragon Scale Shield is my favorite shield in the game, but sadly you would think that to go with the theme of the Dragon Scale set in terms of Damage Bonus against Beasts... because last I checked there's DB vs Beast Medium on the Helm and Mail.
Adding those two would equal to DB vs Beast Very High, but sadly the shield doesn't even wield the effects of DB vs Beast Medium on it. If it did then you would have a full beast killing set with MAX! Damage bonus against them. Make it happen Three Rings =3.
Grey owlite should also be made to go with chaos set in terms of bonuses.
Grey Owlite Shield clearly goes with Grey Feather set, because if it was supposed to match with chaos, well, it wouldn't have any resistance and would probably be called something like, "Chaos shield" or something.
You still need to give Divine Mantle the fiend med bonus, among other things.
Grey Feather is... grey and dark.
Forget about the obvious name and statistics similarity, Grey Owlite's design matches Divine Veil because of it's shiny and white-ish aura.
Nope, it's definitely chaos because chaos is also white and shiny. Kind of.
My first set was Divine Set because it was "shiny and white-ish aura."
Did you mean this one?
