Being nice and more constructive about it is fine.
Acting as if you are a GM, being crude about it, and just being bothering is just..... Well, random forum behaviour.

Or the ones who are pretty much acting like they enforce the tos, and while trying to help the person is fine, but you can see a bitterness to it.
If you infringed the ToS, would you prefer a random forumer told you? Or a GM?
The forumer however, does not try to be polite and ends up as rude, and just acts like it is one, and just seems like it wants to throw it's weight, and power around.
Just gets annoying with them popping up and just mouthing off.
In the land where I come from (The RuneScape forums), we call people who act like a GM "wannabe mods". Or WBMs for short.
Except RuneScape's WBMs act too polite, even for a Jagex Mod. And it's not unusual to see a WBM copy/paste unnecessarily gigantic "signatures" linking to Jmod threads.

I AM a jerk, who has no tolerance for bad suggester lingering within MY favorite forum. And as it being my favorite forum I have take it onto my self to scare off or at least force these terrible people to get better at making suggestions.
You obviously care enough about us doing this to make a thread about it. I also care enough to post daily doing it. Your argument is invalid.
