I'm trying to complete that Let's Get Crafty mission, but I don't know where to get the 3 more orbs I need to make the Hot Edge.
Where do I get Alchemy Orbs?

You can find them in treasure
You can find them in treasure boxes, but they aren't very common. It would be easier to go to the auction house and buy 3 flawed orbs for 450 frowns.

From my experience, it seems like lower tier orbs are more rare the the higher tier once. Every T3 floor I do I usually get around 2 but for the entire run I got 1 4* orb.
You can find them inside boxes during previous missions, or in clockworks runs in the Arcade.
