Is there any rule to it?
Does it somehow fixed when you get skill point and when you get those bonuses (vs monster type, defence or so)???
Because i have already lvled my pet up a few times and all i get are those crappy low bonuses vs something and not a single point of stats.

Level 1-15, you seem to get a skill point every second level. At level 15-30, it seems to be every third level. Level 31-50, every fourth level. Level 50-75-ish, every fifth level. At that point you'll have all 27 skill points.
That's about how I remember it from the test server, but I didn't specifically count for the pattern.
The perks gained are random.
It's one skill point every 2-3 levels.
