So I'm joining random Arcade missions for Tier 2, hoping to get quick access to Clockworks Terminals and the wandering Basil for a Twisted Targe recipe. Six times I've gotten to him now, and he has had no recipes. None. ABSOLUTELY ZERO.
What the hell? Is this some oversight from the update or something? Where are his recipes?
Edit: Nevermind. Apparently I have to have participated in the actual stratum for him to sell me recipes. Sorry, lock please.
You only have to play through the entirety of depth 12 (that means you have to join at depth 11, at least) in order to see the recipes at depth 13.
