All i know if that Divine Avenger and Fang of Vog were the first elemental swords. Just wondering.

here's what to remove
At launch, the Snarbolax and Roarmulus Twins didn't exist. There were no Shadow Lairs, Operation Crimson Hammer, or kat cowls. Also no PvP. So remove those items from the game, to get a rough idea of what we had at launch. You have to remove a few more items --- Sudaruska, high-star Brandishes, shard bombs, Graviton Vortex. I might be missing a couple of items. Also, some of today's items were weaker then (e.g. Chaos).
About shields: There was no Barbarous Thorn Shield. I can't remember any other shields' being added.

I thought the shard bombs
I thought the shard bombs existed early. I vaguely remember reading a thread in suggestions a year or two ago that talked about bombs having a sort of mini attack just to clear crystals faster. And then someone else said that the shard bombs were rather overpowered due to that design.

What I meant were the six new shard bombs. And I was talking about only 5-star items, out of habit. I agree that the old, non-5-star shard bombs existed at launch.

Final Questions.
Were the first Trinkets Status trinkets? If they weren't, what were the first trinkets?
Was there any Wolver, Gunslinger, or Bomber gear?
Was there a Crest of Almire, Heater Shield, or Grey Owlite Shield?

Yes, trinkets were status and damage trinkets (from Brinks) and True Love Lockets (a rare drop from love puppies).
Yes, there were Wolver, Gunslinger, and Bomber sets.
I'm not certain, but I think that those three shields were indeed present at launch. You could check by going to the wiki page for Crest of Almire (for example), viewing its history, and seeing when it was created.

Most armors and helmets had
Most armors and helmets had different art; some were just place holders. Skelly Mask was AWESOME because it was an actual zombie head...
Scarlet Shield, Swiftstrike Buckler... And all gear had defense for every damage type...

I don't know about beta, but I did have one right after the release.
HOWEVER, there wasn't a 3 star of the bomb then. You could craft a 4 star graviton bomb with no prerequisite, and then craft graviton vortex from it. There was not however the shock variant of the bomb, also the bomb had a different design with less details, I think the 5 might've had the markings of the now 4 star? I believe the 4 star only had a plain eye, if anything. Not entirely sure, because I got mine before items would bind from crafted up in stars (I miss those days) and I paid someone with both bomb recipes to make me one.
At any rate, Graviton Vortex has been around even longer than item binding carrying on, which has been a thing since like.. one month out of beta? I don't remember that well, but it's definitely been quite a long time.
Also wasn't the blue one just called Deep Sea Set? I guess I wouldn't know for sure, though the one on the right was basically just what everything in the valkyrie/fallen lines looked like.
Shadow slicker didn't used to have that purplish color to it? Dang. Too bad the arms and legs were horrible then and now, or I'd wear that armor 24/7.
Also yes owlite was out at launch. I'm pretty sure Almire wasn't in fact? As I recall the shield recipe could be found in clockworks, but the blackened crest wasn't added til later. 99% sure on this one, less so than about graviton. As for heater, I never even cared for it so I'm not sure, I think it was?
On that note, they obviously didn't used to have the items for crafting guildhall items, such as snarbostuffing, or his tokens for that matter.

The Graviton Vortex wiki page predates the launch release 2011-4-4, and the 2010-11-24 update notes a "Gravity bomb fix".
As for Crest of Almire, the first version of its wiki page says that it upgrades from Blackened Crest --- date 2010/12/11. But Blackened Crest was apparently unavailable, or at best a rare drop, until Brinks started selling it in the 2011-06-09 release.
So you are right and I was wrong. Thanks for the correction.

Bopp, you said that DA/GF were in the beta, but in the history for DA it's oldest version was in 5th May 2011? Which was after the Beta. Is this because the page was made later on or something?

@Potato I'm pretty sure the Wiki didn't exist during the Beta, instead there have been several unofficial fan-made wiki's. No 100%, tough.
@OP There also was this item called "Frost Sword", which was a placeholder for the CIV which in my opinion is the worse one. As you can tell from it's name, it could freeze enemies with it's charge attack. I wish I had one... Also, FoVs used to drop from the bosses of the Lionheart Gate or something.

The-Mighty-Potato, you were looking only at the first page of edits to the wiki article Divine Avenger. If you go back farther in the edits, you will see that the page was created 2010-12-11.
(This particular example holds a lot of sentimental value for me, as I was mass-crafting Avengers in April 2011, trying to get a UV before upgrading to Divine Avenger. That little project thankfully ended with the introduction of Punch and Vise.)

At launch, these were the 5-star swords:
* Levi/CIV
* DVS/WHB
* DA
* Fang of Vog
* Gran Faust
There were no piercing swords, Brandishes beyond 2-star, or Suda/Trig. One could make similar remarks about guns and bombs. But I don't know which of these weapons were added first (in development).
