Constant Disconnections in Citadel

I've been playing the game fine up until now, but in Citadel stages I keep on disconnecting. This especially happens at the boss, which is incredibly frustrating, to say the least.
Not only that, but whenever I log back into the game, the interface tends to entirely disappear. In addition, whenever I get disconnected AGAIN, even the login interface disappears.

This has actually happened several times before, in normal areas, but only about once or twice in total over the month.
I honestly doubt it is a problem with my laptop since it runs the game just fine, and I doubt it is a problem with my internet because it's been fine as well and continues to function even during the disconnections.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I'm still not sure about
I'm still not sure about that, seeing as after defeating that guy everything was fine.
Nonetheless, enlighten me on how exactly the modem could malfunction and how I could fix it, if you could.

Well, I called the support
Well, I called the support and they told me to restart it because they need to update the firmware.
Not really sure what they did but that was a one time thing.

Hm
Sounds like your graphics card can't handle the pressure.
Try playing on a smaller resolution and see if you disconnect less?

I'll try that, but I'll be quite disappointed if that is the case considering this laptop is brand new.
Huh, I rarely get DC any where...... but from what you posted it would seem to be issues on you end, I once had a similar thing going where all the menu just went poof and turns out it's caused by a malfunction of modem.
