How are we supposed to get Cracked Fire Crystals?

I'm in need of a few, but I can't seem to get any. I did a couple of Tier 1 Arcade runs and no luck. I tried it on all difficulties but everytime, even on DEPTH 1, I would still get a Warm Fire Crystal, which is the 2 Star version. How the heck do I get Cracked Crystals?

P.S If you have any tradable Cracked Crystals, please add Levenza

Same problem over here, no Cracked Crystals no matter how many times dificulty or levels i play ... someone any clue?

You can buy them from Vatel (green stranger in Bazaar who sells supply packs and recipes)
