This is Pery's guide through the clockworks! I'll post these guides daily. These guides will help new recruits and even experienced players who need help. On this guide I'll tell you about what playing styles to use on weapons.

Whether your Pure or Hybrid, you need to learn how to evade attacks AND deal good damage at the same time. When you use swords, use the mouse to move and attack. When you use guns, use the WASD keys to move, and use the mouse to attack. When you use bombs, use the arrow keys to move, and the z key to attack. If you are a Pure weapon user, set the controls to keyboard or mouse settings if you don't use a gamepad. If you are a Hybrid weapon user, set it to Custom Controls.

If you like one type of weapon, use trinkets and armor that increase skill for that type. If you like two types of weapons, use trinkets and armor that increase skill for those types. If you like ALL types of weapons, get one trinket or armor that increases skill for each type.

If you wondering what skill to increase for a weapon type, read this. A swordsman's priority is attack speed increase, because they fight hand to hand. A gunslinger's priority is damage bonus, because they need damage. A bomber's priority is charge time reduction, because they need to charge up their bombs fast.
