So earlier today I saw the server reboot countdown for the August 1st patch. So I quit the game about five minutes before server reboot. When I came back, it did the usual download, patch, and verify. When I logged on to Spiral Knights, I noticed that my battle sprite was missing. And I couldn't do the mission to get another one. I tried quitting and coming back, but it didn't work. I tried the in-game support, but it was 404'd. Anyone else with this difficulty?
Where's my battle sprite?

Loadout issue
i had the same issue after i used an *old* loadout where i had no sprite epquipped; the result is, you use the very same loadout like in old days -without your sprite.
load old loadouts and safe them again with your sprites and you wouldn't run into this issue again.
Have you checked your arsenal?
