So the battle sprites have been here for two days and i'm already out of minerals.....
I've been running through Tier 1 looking for minerals but I wanna know if there is a faster way to get them.

What Tabby said is a good idea. If you want fire crystals, sparks and orbs, Arenas would be a good idea as well. Speed run through the levels for minerals if you need to. If your friends are willing, you could ask them to use their minerals to make motes, dust and stones for you with their unneeded minerals.

You want your levels as short as humanly possible. Treasure vaults, deconstruction zones, wolver dens. All the stages that used to be horribly inefficient in the old system, in other words.

Go to the arcade (Come on, do it), check the gate map, and any Battle arena/TV you see is valuable. They have large quantities of crystals and as an added bonus, treasure boxes which are incredibly useful for the Rarities. So yeah.
Look for levels that tend to have a lot of wolves since those tend to be the easiest and fastest to dispach and play those in the arcade. I would recommend that you go in a group of 4 for extra minerals that your team mates get and at higher levels you get better mats and this might not be true but i feel you have a better chance at getting higher level minerals. Even if you don't get the minerals you can sell mats to get money to buy food.
