Will be graveyarded once answered. What's this about an Elite Iron Harness? I just saw it on the wiki but not in-game yet.

When you buy a harness from

When you buy a harness from the harness vendor (Advanced Iron Harness), he'll sell you the next harness in it's place (Elite Iron Harness).
