Ok, so someone is offering me a Cold Iron Vanquisher with Construct VH and Gremlin VH and full unbind price for my Skolver Coat with Divine Dragon Wings + Shadow Low and Shock Mid. Should I take it? And any offers on the CIV or the Coat?

Might be unpopular but it looks awesome. It's just... limited use.
I wouldn't make the trade myself, either.
I wouldn't make that trade unless you really want an unpopular weapon with novelty UVs.
