you know, there are the gates in arcade that need energy to be opened, and i'm sure that most of us wouldn't use crystal energy since they used mist energy in the past. So, what should we do with them ?

Quite a few of these rooms
Quite a few of these rooms aren't sealed from all angles, meaning that you can usually break at least some of the boxes with a vial/pot/gun. I often break the boxes before deciding whether or not to enter (I've found a piece of 3 star gear by using this technique in the past). Sometimes it's fun to take a risk, especially if the boxes are mostly red.

Funny enough...
Since I dont need mist to opened them now (before, if I did opened one, means I could do 1 floor less till the 3 mist recharged on their own) I just open them when I see them. 3 energy isnt much, 100 energy is cheaper to get now and the crates they have are much more useful now for grinding fire crystals.

Hmm
Right now I always keep 100 CE on me as it is so cheap (6.8k cr). Each gate costs only 3 energy so I can go through 33 of them before I need to buy some more (which by that time I would have made more than enough money to buy again). If you look at the price of gates from the cost of energy each gate will only cost 206 cr to open, that is pocket change and you can easy make that. While you cant open them for free any more the cost of opening them is not much (as long as the price of ce doesnt go up).

What about the bribing in Blast Network ? I'm sure that noone would waste 100 ce to get a spark of life and very rarely a bombhead mask

Absolutely nothing. I've seen several people use CE.
