So every 2 or 3 levels you get a skill point.So what if you max out every skill? Even if it costs skill points for ultimate abilities there will still be spare skill points. What will I do with them?

The rate at which you gain skill points slow down at higher levels. Your 27th point is gained around level 70-something.

i dont thinks its in the 70s Zeddy. My sprite is at 75 and I'm still down 3 or 4 skill points from having everything maxed...

86 is where you get all 27 points.
You will receive exactly 27 skill points as time goes on. That is how leveling the sprite pans out.
