So a guildies of mine report me because I don't wanna revive him?LOL..

Story,
Was doing a rjp elite solo run yesterday,I locked the party but somehow a random guildies pop into my party and I warned him that I didn't like being bother when I'm solo,you'll just get yourself a kicked from my party.He went mad at me and without a word he moved on.

When we reached the second depth,I manage to keep him alive the entire time while him,without saying a thanks he said "So noob".I ignore because I don't want trouble at that time but when we came across the first room on the second depth(top right corner) he went dead right after I hit the blue box but emergency revive saved him.After a while he got hit by a treeant(stun) and killed by jelly.He was shouting for revived,I told him that I'll not revive him because I'm saving up my SoL but he just keep shouting until I muted him then right after that he tried to convinced my guild master to kicked me out of the guild(my gm told me).He shout "Do not party with Kao,he won't revive you and he sucks or whatever"(if I saw this I would counter back until he shut his mouth up but no I ignore him so I saw nothing but gm trying to stop him)

My gm said that if I don't revive him,he will kicked me in officer chat.I replied "Hey dude,it's my game(party) so it's my rules,beside I already told him that I am saving my SoL(although I got 90SoL,I won't bother wasting a single one on a random stranger) but he ignored me and start spamming.I told him that I can't shared my health to him like in the past..now it require Spark of life beside you get one emergency revive every depth so why bother?Others agree with me but he just keep on spamming.

After a while,an officer(my best friend) told me that he report me for not reviving him..I was like....."eh,let him be..I did nothing wrong beside if the old revive system still here I would revive him".

It's not my fault anyway,so guys..

What's the chances rate of getting ban when someone reported me?
And you do get ban even when you did nothing wrong? O.O
