Today during my solo mineral grinds I have discovered... Blobette! Aka a soul jelly, she was so beautiful. It seems she's resistant to both Shadow damage and Elemental, didn't have anything else on me. As well as this, Maskeraith's Hex skill doesn't work on her, nor do shield bumps. Furthermore, mecha knights won't attack her. It was tragic, Kenny and Bobette, a story more sad than romeo and juliet.. We'd reached the end of the floor (invited friends too), no more enemies left, just a newly summoned mecha knight by friend, and Blobette. I was sure they would fight, and thus shouldn't be allowed to meet, for fragile Blobette's safety.. oh how wrong I was, for Kenny refused to lay a hand on her. However, she had no qualms to viciously slam her girth upon him, slowly killing him, as his occasional shocks brought her down to nearly no health as well. Soon, she killed him, and his shock (see: one final gun shot from a knight, aka suicide in sadness at his death.) brought about her end too. Her skull flew out of the jelly as it melted into the ground, into the air, before landing. (Actual animation for soul jelly death) leaving a few petty pennies upon her grave. Alas, poor Blobette! I knew her. At a shocking twist, Kenny was revived! His death had been feigned after all. (See: another mecha knight pod for other friend's instance.) However, as we solemnly ventured to the next floor, Kenny chose to stay, mourning Blobette. His purpose in life now gone.
Factual version:
-Soul Jellies can't be shield pushed.
-Bash stuns em just fine
-Mecha Knights won't attack them
-Shadow and Elemental do white/blue damage to them
-Their death animation has a skull flying into air.
-Lichens did attempt to merge with it
