1. Sudaruska : Suda sounds like sudah, and in Indonesia (where i live) sudah means done, and ruska sounds like rusak, and rusak means broken,
so sudah rusak means, already broken (not done-broken). Yes, broken, and cracky, and no one even use that weapon, so i can say that the knight that sell
Sudaruska is broke, because no one use that weapon. Damn pure normal damage!

2. Jalovec : Jalovec sounds like Jalapeno.

3. Sentenza : Sentenza sounds like sentence.

4. Vog Cub (not a weapon) : Vog Cub sounds like fog cube.

Are these suppose to be an easter egg, or is OOO is just being weird in naming weapons, and 'already broken (sudaruska)'?

1. I assume there's a reference to a Russian dance since, if you had checked, the other 2 swords in that line are references are the same

2. Javolec, like the entire Triglav line, is the name of a mountain in the savinja alps range.

3. Sentenza was the script name of the actor who's line the description is a reference.

4. Vog is a form of air pollution that results when sulfur dioxide and other gases and particles emitted by an erupting volcano. Cub is a name commonly given to wolf younglings. I believe those suit a fire wolf fairly well.

First three answers could be found on the wiki, vog definition is from google. Use the tools you have, my friend

Just to add.

Triglav="With three heads" (tri=three, glav=headed. Like triglav Drakon. I'm not slovenian but our language is similar.
